FRANK Szakaley fished pole/caster in the last Tuesday evening match of the season, a 20lb 6oz bag of skimmer bream and ides, giving him victory at Town House.
In all 18 Todmorden Angling Society members fished the match with Craig Haworth finishing second with 13lb 10 of skimmer bream on pole with pellets as bait. Andy Fletcher, 12lb 6, Dave White, 11lb 4, and Roger Priestley, 10lb, completed the top five.

- Friday is the last junior match of the summer. Draw is up to 5.45pm and fishing on Town House from 6.15 to 8.15pm. Entry is £1, ring 07737326812 to book on.

- There is a club trophy match on Town House this Sunday - draw up to 8.30am, fish 8.30am to 1.30pm. Ring 01706 837937 or 07784 200116 to book on, entry is £7.50.

- The next open match is on Sunday, September 7 on the Walsden sections of the canal. Ring 01706 650954 or 01706 374689 to book on.
