Walker suffering chest pains rescued by mountain team
At around 3.30pm on Saturday CVSRT received a call from Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) for urgent assistance with a man who was suffering with chest pains whilst walking at Brontë Falls, near Haworth.
As there was an immediate risk to life, 18 CVSRT members responded to this incident.

Hide AdWorking with the YAS paramedics, team members treated the patient and reassured the family, who were close by.
Once the patient was comfortable, he was placed on our stretcher and carried approximately 500m uphill to where the ambulance was waiting.
On Sunday whilst searching for missing Halifax pensioner Granville Muir, team members from Calder Mobile three noticed a young cyclist laying on the ground at the side of the road following a collision with a wall in West Vale.
Team members promptly stopped to provide medical assistance until the Yorkshire Ambulance Service crew arrived and then assisted with loading the casualty into the ambulance for further treatment.
CVSRT were alerted to concerns over missing Halifax pensioner Mr Muir by police on Saturday and have been helping them search for the 75-year-old all weekend.
